They say location is everything, and I'd have to agree here. The place itself is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt safe, and the location was awesome, but it surely's just around the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain too much, but basically the windows were all really in need of replacement, as were the doorways, the trim, much from the home furniture, and so forth.

3 This home is in decline. If you want easy use of the beach, but don't mind an aged Red Roof Inn feel, that is what you'll get here.
I loved that there ended up 2 bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO perfect for Grownups who would like to travel collectively. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not rent it yet again or advise it to a friend.
